  • Which local postcodes do you deliver to?
    We deliver to the following postcodes within a 6-mile radius of Newton Mearns:

Same-Day Delivery

  • When is same-day delivery available?
    Same-day delivery is available from Monday to Friday for orders placed before 11:30 am.
  • Not available during holiday season December till january 7th
  • What is the cost of same-day delivery?
    Delivery costs £4.99 for postcodes within our delivery range. For postcodes outside our delivery range, the cost is £5.99+
  • Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
    Yes, the minimum order amount is £25

Failed Orders

  • Why did my order fail?
    If your order continues to fail, it could be due to your bank’s authentication, insufficient funds, or incorrect information entered.
  • What should I do if my order fails?

Order Collection

  • How do I specify collection times?
    When placing an order, please specify the time and date you plan to collect. This option is available before you finalise your purchase.

Nationwide Delivery

  • Do you offer UK-wide delivery?
    Before placing an order for delivery to England, Wales, or Northern Ireland, please contact our store at 0141-639-5919 as we may have restrictions.
  • What are the costs for nationwide delivery?
    Nationwide delivery prices typically start at £13.99 and may vary.

Customised and Made-to-Order Items

  • What are the terms for customised items?
    Customised items such as KellyBronze turkeys or specific cuts are non-refundable. Either a full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required.
  • Examples of Customised Items:
    • Steak pie with added ingredients.
    • Centre-cut fillet, cut to your specifications.
    • 5kg of chicken, diced and specifically packaged, flavouring, spices or seasonings etc.
    • specific, size, flavour, look.
    • Christmas turkeys are grown to the indivudual ordering (customised)
    • Cutting a lamb down, asking for it cut in a specific way we can not sell to the general public.

Refund Policy

  • What is the refund policy for fresh produce?
    Fresh produce is non-refundable if you: INSTORE POLICY

    1. Asked for the wrong item.
    2. Changed your mind.
    3. Accidentally ordered it, THIS APPLIES TO ALL FRESH MEAT PRODUCTS.]
    4. Customised item, E.g. Cutting steaks in a particular way, pies particular flavour, or a whole lamb that is cut in a way we can resell to the general public.
  • Under what conditions will a refund be issued?
    A refund will be issued if:
    • The item isn’t fit for purpose or not as advertised*
    • The product is faulty, SPOILED, OUT OF DATE, PACKAGING IS DAMAGED,
    • you have 14 days from point of purchase if item is faulty, damaged, or spoiled before the date of expiry!

    Please bring a receipt and the product in its original packaging for a refund.
