Homemade burgers by my dad, they are all handpressed made in store, using local supplies.

 

Steak burgers are made with 90% Steak (Meat) content.

 

Chicken Burgers are made with chicken breasts 95% meat content.

 

Pork Burgers made from lean pork loins, 95% meat content.

 

Lamb burgers, 80% meat content, wee bit more fatty, however needed more fat for flavour and burger structure

 

Burgers typically range from 135 kcals to 160
